42nd Annual Spirit of San Pedro Holiday Parade 2022

The San Pedro Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that the Annual Spirit of San Pedro Holiday Parade will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.  Rain or Shine!

Each year, this festive tradition brings families, little leagues, scouts, students, high school bands, equestrian units, and volunteers to downtown San Pedro to celebrate the holiday season and our community.  More than 9,000 individuals will line the streets to view the parade.
 
The holiday parade will kick-off at 13^th and Pacific Avenue and head north on Pacific, turn right on 6^th Street and head east to Palos Verdes Street.
 
A very special Community Grand Marshall will help lead the parade in 2022.   Olivia Saluzzi captured the hearts and minds of the San Pedro community in her brave fight to beat leukemia.  Olivia was declared leukemia free on August 22, 2022, and the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce is honored to have Olivia as our Community Grand Marshall as she truly embodies the Spirit of San Pedro!
 
Additional special guests will include San Pedro Honorary Mayor Pam Costa, and confirmed elected officials to date are:  CA State Senator Steven Bradford, Assemblymember Al Muratsuchi, Los Angeles City Councilman Joe Buscaino, Los Angeles City Councilmember Elect Tim McOsker, Harbor Commissioners Diane Middleton and Anthony Pirozzi, LAPD Fire Chief Crowley and LAPD Captain Brent McGuyre. 
 
Parade highlights include “Timmy the Duck,”  marching bands; including the award winning San Pedro High School and Dana Middle School Bands, and equestrian units; Charros de Zacatecas, and Charros de Compton.
