Yolanda Regalado is a native of San Pedro.  She comes from a family of First Responder and she is a former/retired  Los Angeles County, Deputy Sheriff.  In 1999 she opened 10-8 Designs, a successful Embroidery, and Promotional products business. Yolanda Regalado served as Vice President of Long Beach Sister Cities International. In 2014 she created Sirens Java & Tea. A unique coffee house dedicated to First responders. Military personnel and Union members. Located in the Historic Downtown San Pedro Area. Yolanda currently serves on the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors, LA Waterfront and Tourism, Events & Marketing, Pubic Access Funding, and the Taste of San Pedro Committees. She also serves on the board of Property Business District directors. In 2017 she was awarded the Women of Distinction Award for the 70th District and Small Business Owner of the Year.
